1. What brought you to Paris?
"By train, from Fontainebleau. Seventy kilometers from here. There is a famous castle there." Yanik sleeps on the train before and after work in Paris. He spoke very fondly of his more spacious home outside the city (making sure I knew he had a swimming pool, a rarity).
2. How did you begin working at the Citadines Hotel?
"I sent in my CV by fax. Quick response. I worked for 7 or 8 years in a hotel. In one hour they said you start when you want."
3. What is your ideal Saturday afternoon?
Having a big party with friends. With the children at home in the garden with the swimming pool. Family, friends, barbecue, music, and the sun "and it is perfect."
4. If you had one last day in Paris, what would you do?
Eiffel Tower, Montmarte, a nice restuarant. But I like being at home. "In big cities there are many people but no one talks."
